Single Stage Starlight Powder - This special effect powder produces
a deep, striking high gloss finish with special fine metallic
sparkle flakes. Can be applied over any solid color powder
to produce a custom metallic sparkle effect with the most
dramatic results over dark colors. TGIC formulation. Cure at 400
degrees F for 20 minutes after flow-out occurs.
